I grew up as part of a creative family, loving everything artistic and floral! I've worked with, and drawn inspiration from fashion and photography, and over the years my love for flowers just kept growing.  

 

It was when I was organising my own wedding that I found my passion for floral design.  I loved researching what flowers would be in season and then designing the arrangements. From that point onwards I knew I wanted to work in the art of floral design and be surrounded by flowers every day. I wanted to assist brides in creating their dream vision for their special day and to provide beautiful blooms for any occasion... and so, The Little Violet was born!!

At the initial consultation I'll ask you to bring any scrapbooks or saved photos of ideas that you love, and anything with your colours, themes and flowers. This gives me a chance to get to know your style and I'll ensure that the flowers reflect your personalities and the theme of your special day perfectly.  I have a wonderful selection of flower books and magazines, as not all Brides have a solid picture in mind for their day and so I'm always happy to help guide you through the flowers so that you find exactly what you're looking for.
